Privacy notice
What the waitlist collects, who processes it, and how to get it deleted. Short, because there is little to say.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, and — if you fill them in — your domain and the plan you clicked. We also record that the signup came from this website. Nothing else is collected, and there is no profile behind it.
Why, and on what basis
To tell you when access opens, and nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as replying to the confirmation email.
Who else sees it
Resend stores the address and sends the confirmation email on our behalf, and Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs. Both act as processors under contract. We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
None. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session cookies, no third-party scripts, no embedded fonts loaded from someone else’s server. If you dismissed the notice at the bottom of the page, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and the cohorts are open. Whichever comes first.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection — and the right to complain to your data protection authority. One email is enough for any of them, and we do not ask you to prove why.
